      For orders delivered to Slovakia, we measure your satisfaction with your purchase through e-mail questionnaires of the Verified by Customers (Overen\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edkmi) programme, which our online store takes part in. We send you a questionnaire every time you buy from us, unless you have refused to receive e-mail for direct marketing purposes under Section 116 of Slovak Act No. 452\/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications, as amended. You can also decline the questionnaire for an order by ticking the box at checkout.\n<\/p>\n

      We process your personal data for sending the questionnaires based on our legitimate interest in finding out how satisfied you are with your purchase. To send the questionnaires, evaluate your feedback and analyse our market position, we use a processor, the operator of the Heureka.sk portal, to whom we may pass information about the goods you purchased and your e-mail address for these purposes. When the questionnaires are sent, your personal data is not passed to any third party for its own purposes.\n<\/p>\n

      You can object to receiving the questionnaires at any time by declining further questionnaires via the link in the questionnaire e-mail; after your objection, we will not send you any more questionnaires. Orders delivered to other countries are not reported to Heureka.sk.\n<\/p>\n
