Parcel machines

This is generally the least expensive option and the one most frequently chosen. Once your parcel has arrived in the parcel machine, the carrier will send you an SMS message and an email containing a door code. The notification also states the period during which the parcel will be held. This option is offered by DPD, Omniva and SmartPosti.

Delivery times differ for each country, and orders placed at weekends and on public holidays are delivered in accordance with the schedule set by the carrier. We are unable to influence the delivery times determined by the carriers.

Package size

When selecting delivery to a parcel machine, please ensure that the dimensions of the parcel correspond to the size of the parcel machine. Oversized parcels are redirected to a courier, which may delay delivery.

Courier delivery

If you want to have your parcel delivered to a convenient address, use a courier service. DPD, Omniva, SmartPosti and UPS Standard deliver to the door.

The courier will normally contact you in advance in order to agree on a suitable delivery time.

Before accepting the package

Upon receipt of a parcel, you must sign the consignment note. Before signing, please make sure that the packaging is intact. If you find a defect, you can return the package to the courier, stating that the package is damaged. If you are in doubt whether an item has arrived in intact condition, you can unpack the package in the presence of the courier and make sure that the contents are intact. If you find damage, please ask the courier to record and take a photo of the damage. After that, please contact us as soon as possible.

Express delivery

If your order is required quickly, please select UPS Express delivery. This is our fastest option: the parcel is dispatched as a priority shipment and delivered door to door, fully tracked and handed over against a signature.

UPS Express costs more than standard delivery. The exact price and the arrival date for your address are displayed at checkout. If nobody is present to receive the parcel, UPS will attempt delivery on the next business day and leave a notice with rescheduling options.

Batteries on express shipments

Express shipments travel by air, and air transport regulations do not permit lithium batteries to be carried loose within a parcel. If a product is normally supplied with its battery packed separately in the box (cameras, for example), we may be required to remove the battery from its packaging and install it in the device before the parcel is handed over. Both the product and the battery will be delivered, although the retail packaging may have been opened.
